asked the Taoiseach the changes that have been implemented in the Chief State Solicitor's office, based on the recommendations of the Government's task force on drug abuse.

In line with the recommendation of the Government task force on drug abuse, arrangements have been made to deploy solicitors in the Chief State Solicitor's Office so as to ensure, as far as practicable, the greatest possible specialisation in drug offence casework.
