Vol. 352 No. 3

Written Answers. - County Limerick Property.

468.

asked the Minister for Finance when a valuer will be sent out to value the property of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for stamp duty purposes.

The value submitted by the solicitors for the property was accepted by the Revenue Commissioners for the purpose of stamp duty. Accordingly, the question of sending a valuer to value the property does not arise.
