I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the appropriate tax refund was made to the taxpayer on 19 July 1984.

asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will receive her marriage tax rebate due since September 1983, as she has furnished all the documents required.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a review of the taxpayer's liability for the year 1983-84 has been carried out and an overpayment has arisen. Details of the review have been sent to the taxpayer and a cheque in settlement will be issued to her shortly.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the agents for the taxpayer were informed by the inspector of taxes on 23 July 1984 that the net underpayment of Irish tax for which the taxpayer was liable for the years 1978-79 to 1983-84, for which he was resident in the State, amounted to £281.44. The agents were also informed that any claim which the taxpayer might wish to make in respect of British tax deducted for the years 1978-79 and 1979-80 should be made direct to the relevant UK inspector of taxes.

asked the Minister for Finance when a tax-free allowance certificate and rebate of tax will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an amended certificate of tax-free allowances for the current year, 1984-85, was issued to the taxpayer on 3 October 1984. Any tax which may have been overdeducted from her earnings since the date on which she re-commenced employment is refundable to her by her employer when this certificate is put into operation.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a cheque in settlement of the rebate in question was issued to the taxpayer on 5 September 1984.
