Vol. 353 No. 6

Written Answers. - Donegal National School Extension.

705.

Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for Education the progress made in relation to the proposed extension of Hugh Roe national school, details of which were submitted by the chairman of the board of management in 1983; in view of the fact that there has been a prefabricated classroom in use at this school for the past three years.

My Department have sought as a matter of urgency a report in relation to the proposed extension of Hugh Roe National School, Donegal Town, from the Commissioners of Public Works to whom the matter had been referred with a view to making the necessary planning arrangements. As soon as the commissioners' report comes to hand, my Department will communicate with the school authorities.
