Consideration of this matter had to be deferred pending submission by the group of documentation requested by my Department's local inspector in support of their application for second grants to improve the water supply in the scheme. This documentation was received recently and is under examination in my Department. I cannot say at this stage when second grants may be allocated or paid to this group.
