): I would hope to be able to make a grant allocation towards the cost of reconstruction of Welshman's and Ballast quays out of the moneys provided in my Department's Vote for harbour works. However, it will not be possible to come to a decision in the matter until supporting information which has just been submitted by Drogheda Harbour Commissioners has been considered by my Department.
