The Commissioners of Public Works have been requested by my Department to furnish a report and recommendation with regard to a proposal to replace the wall at the front of St. Mary's national school, Rathowen, Mullingar, County Westmeath. The commissioners have been asked to expedite the matter so that my Department may communicate with the school authorities. I shall let the Deputy know the outcome as soon as possible.
