I move:
(1) That the second column of the Fifth Schedule to the Finance Act, 1984 (No. 9 of 1984), shall be amended, as on and from the 31st day of January, 1985, by the substitution of "£0.69" and "£3.00" for "£0.53" and "£2.60", respectively.
(2) It is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1927 (No. 7 of 1927).
