The amounts set out above cover grants for the provision of accommodation for travellers, subsidy at the rate of 100 per cent on loan charges in respect of capital expenditure on the provision of accommodation for travellers and recoupment at the rate of 90 per cent in respect of the salaries and expenses of social workers employed on the rehabilitation of travellers.
