Due to the multiplicity and diversity of payments made by my Department to local authorities, other organisations and individuals, the compilation of the information requested would consume an inordinate amount of scarce staff resources. If, however, the Deputy requires information of a more specific nature and lets me know, I will endeavour to let him have it as quickly as possible.
