Limerick East): This application fell into the category of cases which are dealt with by examiners of titles in the Land Registry. The examiners' cases are usually of a complex nature and for that reason and also because there is a large number of them awaiting attention there is at present a long delay in processing them in the Land Registry.
There was an additional difficulty in this case, in that a document which was essential to enable the registration to proceed was misfield in the registry. The position was explained to the applicant's solicitors by the Land Registry on 13 November 1984. The missing document has since been found and the registration was completed on 8 March 1985.

asked the Minister for Justice if there is any problem concerning the folio of persons (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if the property concerned is now registered with Waterford Corporation.
Limerick East): The application for registration in this case was lodged in the Land Registry on 14 November 1984. Registration has not yet been completed. The application is being processed and will be finalised as soon as possible.
