Following technical discussions with my Department, Cavan County Council submitted for approval on 12 March revised proposals for the first phase (12 houses) of a 58 house scheme at Ballinagh. The examination of these proposals will be completed as soon as possible and it will then be a matter for the local authority to seek tenders for the building of the houses.
