The details requested are set out in the following schedule. The information in column three is the fee, if any, payable in respect of board membership. In addition, members of boards are paid travel, subsistence and other necessary expenses incurred arising from board membership. Details of these expenses are not available; payment of such expenses is a matter for each individual board.
Tribunals such as the Labour Court, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Levy Appeals Tribunal are considered to be outside the scope of the question.
