I have already outlined to the House, in reply to a question by Deputy Gene Fitzgerald on 24 January 1985 the action being taken on the report of the Working Group on Employment in Cork. The Minister for Communications will shortly introduce legislation in the House for the establishment of a free port at Ringaskiddy, County Cork.
