asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for the immediate payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

A new house grant will be paid to the person named when an inspection establishes that the house is complete and occupied and complies with all other conditions of the grant scheme. My Department's inspector has been asked to carry out the inspection as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

Payment of the grant cannot be considered until an inspection has been carried out. Such inspection will be arranged within the next two weeks with a view to payment of the grant, if in order.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

There has been no undue delay in the processing of this application and the grant approved will be paid as soon as possible.

Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

This grant will be paid as soon as possible.
