The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that a refund of tax is not due in this case. On the basis of information recently supplied by the deceased taxpayer's next of kin the taxpayer's liability for 1982-83 has been reviewed. The review, details of which have been sent to the next of kin, indicate that the taxpayer had underpaid tax for that year.
