Vol. 360 No. 1

Written Answers. - House Inspection.

41.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for an urgent inspection of a house for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 who paid the £5 fee under the 21 day appeal procedure after signing to purchase the house as a tenant purchaser from Dublin Corporation and who is now anxious to have the necessary repairs completed; and if his Department will now process the matter.

Arrangements have been made to have an early inspection carried out in this case and a determination as to the structural condition of the dwelling will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the inspector's report.
