Vol. 360 No. 1

Written Answers. - Portumna (Galway) Forest Park.

51.

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry if he will make the old farm buildings at the National Park, Portumna, County Galway, available to the Scout Association of Ireland for use as a training centre by scouts in the western and midland regions in view of the fact that they are at present renovating the buildings for the fortcoming international jamboree and that they have to travel to Sligo and Wicklow at present.

I have asked my Department to examine this request fully after the forthcoming international jamboree in Portumna Forest Park concludes.
