Written Answers. - Land Purchase Payment.

46.

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry when payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who last year completed the sale of land to his Department and who is now awaiting payment.

Certain complications relating to title and right of way aspects resulted in some delay in closing this sale. However, I understand that these difficulties have now been largely resolved and that the Chief State Solicitor will be contacting the vendor's solicitor with a view to early completion of the conveyance and payment of purchase money.
