What is being sought in this case is an assurance on eligibility for dental services in four years' time. I am afraid I cannot give assurances on events over which I may have no control. What I can say is that as things stand at present the child in question, even when no longer a pupil of a national school, will retain eligibility for completion of treatment which was commenced while the child was a pupil of a national school.
