I do not have a formal proposal from St. Michael's House to appoint a full time speech therapist to St. Michael's House, Grosvenor Road. In any event, having regard to the limited moneys available to me for developments in the health services and to higher priority demands upon them I regret the only way in which such a service could be provided is by re-deployment of resources.
