The person concerned applied for investment aid in May 1985 in respect of a walled silo and a general purpose house. When the application was investigated, it was discovered that the silo had been erected without the prior written approval of the farm development service. It does not, therefore, qualify for aid. The general purpose house involved the conversion of an existing grant aided structure and consequently is not eligible for further aid.
