Vol. 361 No. 3

Business of Dáil.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment the question of the extension of the Shannon relief scheme to the source of the Shannon.

I will communicate with Deputy Wilson.

While we are waiting for Deputy John Kelly to appear in the interests of justice could I ask the Taoiseach or the Minister for Foreign Affairs if any action is being taken about the "World in Action" programme which appeared on British TV on Tuesday night last or about the Annie Maguire case?

That does not arise on the Order of Business even in the absence of Deputy Kelly.

We are not on the Order of Business.

That is worse.

I am just trying to keep business moving in the absence of Deputy Kelly.

As Deputy Haughey reminded me, we are now on Item No. 22. As Deputy Kelly does not appear to be here I will call the next Deputy offering.

Can I have some sort of response?

Deputy Andrews, please.

(Interruptions.)

Where is Deputy Kelly?

Perhaps he is with Michael O'Leary.

Perhaps he to is giving a press conference outside the House.
