asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on St. Martin's School, Lady Lane, Waterford city.

The consultants engaged by the chairman of the board of management of St. Martin's Special National School, Waterford, submitted their recommendation on the acceptance of a tender for the new school on 7 October 1985 and this is being examined. A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities as soon as possible. It is not possible at this stage to say when building work may commence.
