Grants have not been allocated to date for this scheme because of delays in obtaining essential documentation for departmental purposes and for the purpose of clearing the scheme with the county council. This difficulty has now been overcome and the proposal is being referred to Galway County Council. I am hopeful that it will be possible to allocate and pay the grants at an early date.
