My Department officially sanctioned acceptance of tenders for the extension referred to by the Deputy in a letter to the school authorities dated 25 October 1985, and the school authorities are in a position to authorise commencement of building. The school authorities are the clients in this case and it is understood that they await completion of certain necessary formalities by the building contractor in order to clear the way for signing a contract and commencement of construction.
