A capital grant of £6,000 has been allocated to BAADH Residents' Association under the capital grants scheme for the construction of recreational facilities.
Payments will be made in instalments, as work progresses, based on 50 per cent the value of work shown on periodic architects' certificates which must be submitted to my Department.
