Before we start Question Time, I am seeking permission to raise on the Adjournment the effect of the Government decision to allocate the National Lottery to An Post, and the effects this will have on employment in Irish Hospitals Trust.

A question by me was disallowed, and I should like to raise it on the Adjournment. It is to ask the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism if he has studied the Grogan report on fodder imports and what action he proposes to take in the matter.
