I propose to take Questions Nos. 25, 85 and 90 together. The report on the review of arterial drainage policy has been prepared but some additional information is required before it can be submitted to Government. The collection of the required data is in hands and, as I have already informed the House, it is expected that the report will be with the Government before the end of this year. No decision has yet been made regarding publication of the report.
