I am not aware that there has been any general delay in the payment of European Social Fund aided training grants. However, I am aware that in some areas such as the City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee, there have been delays, because of the large expansion in the number of students qualifying for the grants. However in this particular case it is understood that payment of the September and October grants will be made within the next week.
