Limerick East): I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 29 on 23 October last in which I indicated that I was not yet in a position to make any statement as to what decisions might be taken on foot of the recommendations contained in the Whitaker report and that, as the issues were both complex and important, I did not expect that decisions would be finalised for some time. That is still the case.
