Footnotes
(1) 1985 figures to date are provisional and subject to finalisation. In general, they cover expenditure to end October.
(2) The Teamwork scheme was introduced in 1985 as an improvement on the grant scheme for youth employment. A major difference between 1984 and 1985 activities is the exclusion of youth employment construction projects which are now catered for under AnCO's community youth training programme.
(3) The expenditure shown against this programme in 1985 relates to actual claims paid in respect of participation in the scheme this year. A final figure for 1985 will not be available until all claims for the period are paid i.e. by late 1986.
Expenditure under the capital grants scheme for the provision of community and recreational facilities was £1,500 in 1984 and £9,250 to date in 1985.
In addition, expenditure arises under the Department's employment incentive schemes and other programmes run by the Youth Employment Agency in respect of under 25 year olds in County Wexford. Such expenditure is not readily available by county and the administrative costs involved in securing the information would not be justified.
