This morning when I stood to ask for permission to raise a matter on the Adjournment, there was a great deal of noise in the House and I should now like to clarify the position. It was my intention to ask the Minister for Labour to take an urgent initiative to bring about resolution of the industrial dispute in CIE. I just want to clarify the direction and the content of the question.
