asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange an early inspection for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny so that approval might issue in respect of his application for a house reconstruction grant.

An inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

36.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange an early inspection with a view to payment of a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will give some indication as to when this inspection might be carried out.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

37.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will pay all outstanding grants due to the Lishean group water scheme, Skibbereen, County Cork and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I refer to my reply to Question No. 58 of 5 November 1985. My Department have since written to the group confirming the action required from them to enable the grants for the scheme to be finalised.
