Mr. Cowen

asked the Minister for Agriculture the number of applicants in each county who had over 60 livestock, who got relief under the Shannon Valley scheme and the average payment to each applicant in each county.

The scheme was confined to farmers with not more than 60 livestock units.

Mr. Cowen

asked the Minister for Agriculture the amount of money spent in each of the counties under the Shannon

Valley scheme, the number of applicants from each county; and the average payment made to applicants in each county affected under the scheme.
