The person named was ineligible for aid under the feed voucher scheme because he was assessed as having more than 75 per cent of his fodder requirements as calculated in accordance with the conditions of the scheme. He has been paid his sheep headage and ewe premium grants already and will be paid his cattle headage, suckler cow and calf premium grants shortly.
