asked the Minister for Fisheries, Forestry and Tourism the capital cost to the Exchequer of the non-scheduled harbours at Killybegs, County Donegal and Howth, County Dublin, each year from the year 1964 to date.

The capital cost to the Exchequer during the period 1 January 1964 to 31 December 1985 in respect of Howth was £11,883,610 and in respect of Killybegs was £3,268,523.
