The delay in completing the transfer of the land in question was due to the fact that some discrepancy appeared between the map prepared by my Department and that forwarded by the purchaser's solicitor. This necessitated a special survey to resolve the matter. This has now been done and it is expected that the transaction can be completed within the next two weeks.
