The Finn/Lackey catchment was included in the draft proposals submitted to the EC in connection with the programme of cross-Border drainage envisaged by Directive 79/197 EEC. However, as the design of a scheme for the catchment has not yet been completed, it is not possible at this stage to say when works might be undertaken or what funding arrangements might apply.
