Vol. 364 No. 7

Written Answers. - Knocklyon (Dublin) School.

181.

asked the Minister for Education with regard to the proposed post-primary school at Knocklyon, Dublin 16, when tenders will be sought; when the contract will be awarded; when the school will open to pupils; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Architectural planning of the community school at Scholarstown Road is presently at stage 5 — bills of quantities. When this stage has been finalised and approved, arrangements will be made for the seeking of tenders.

Pending completion of the planning procedures it is not possible to say precisely when tenders will be sought or when the contract will be awarded. The school is scheduled to open in September 1988.
