I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a copy of the folio (with map attached) referred to in the Deputy's question was requisitioned on 22 August 1985 and was issued on 5 November 1985.
There is no record in the registry of a further application in relation to the lands in question although an application in respect of adjoining lands is being processed and may involve examination of the relevant boundaries. That will be completed as soon as possible.
