Vol. 364 No. 10

Written Answers. - Tax Rebate.

104.

asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a certificate of tax free allowances, incorporating all the allowances and reliefs to which the taxpayer is entitled for the current year 198586, is now being issued. All the tax overdeducted from the taxpayer's earnings since 6 April 1985 will be refunded to the taxpayer by her employer when the certificate is put into operation.
