The proposed new housing scheme at Townparks, Ardee, will consist, in its first phase, of 43 houses and seven private sites. The present position in relation to the scheme is that a lay-out and house and cost plans were approved by my Department, subject to some technical and cost modifications, on 26 March 1986 and it is now a matter for Louth County Council to invite tenders.
