A proposal to construct a reservoir to improve the water supply to Clogheen and Blarney Road is included in Cork County Council's approved water and sewerage small schemes programme for 1986. A determination as to the individual approved schemes from that programme to be carried out within the capital allocation which I have already made to Cork County Council for this year is entirely a matter for the local authority.
