I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing, the reference number of which was quoted by the Deputy, was lodged in the Land Registry on 4 November 1985 and was completed on 19 November 1985. The applicant's solicitor was informed accordingly. I am also informed that there is no dealing outstanding in the registry on the folio referred to by the Deputy.
