I understand that earlier this month Outokumpu Oy acquired Tara Exploration and Development Company Limited. The takeover transaction appears to have been completed.
I have no knowledge of Outokumpu's intentions in relation to Bula Limited. In considering any proposals relating to that property they would, of course, have to bear in mind in particular the rights and duties of the receiver.
