I understand that agreement on the major issues involved was reached in February last between BGE and Clonmel Corporation on the terms of a supply of natural gas for Clonmel. BGE proposals for the project based on this agreement were submitted for my consideration in March and the examination of these within my Department is nearing completion. I anticipate finalisation of the matter shortly.
