asked the Taoiseach the number of people at present unemployed in south Tipperary; if he will give a breakdown of the numbers unemployed in Cashel, Clonmel, Cahir, Tipperary and Carrick-on-Suir; and if he will give the equivalent figures for these areas at this particular time in each of the years 1982 to 1985 inclusive.

The following table shows the number of persons on the live register at Cashel, Clonmel, Cahir, Tipperary and Carrick-on-Suir local employment offices on 26 March 1982, 25 March 1983, 30 March 1984, 29 March 1985 and 28 March 1986 the latest date for which figures are available.
