I wish to raise on the Adjournment the lack of impartiality shown by the producers of "Today Tonight" on RTE 1 last night. This was in contravention of the 1960 Broadcasting Act which allows for an impartial approach to broadcasting. The producers have taken a personal approach in relation to the proposed divorce referendum.
