The handling of individual applications under tenant purchase schemes is entirely a matter for the local authority concerned and one in which I have no function. With regard to the introduction of a tenant purchase scheme for 1986 I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Questions Nos. 60 to 63, inclusive, of 7 November 1985.
